Celebrate National Thrift Shop Day August 17th and Enter to win $100 Goodwill Gift Card

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Aug. 7, 2023 - PRLog -- Aug 17^th is National Thrift Shop Day. It's a day dedicated to supporting local thrift shops and raising awareness for charitable organizations. Non-profit thrift shops, like Goodwill, help those most vulnerable in their communities and give back to the needy.

To honor the national celebration, Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is offering a chance for shoppers to win a $100 Goodwill Gift Card just for shopping on August 17^th at any Goodwill SWFL retail store or Outlet.

To enter, shoppers just need to take a photo of their receipt showing the date and location and email it to info@goodwillswfl.org with their name and phone number. Emails must be received by August 21^st. Goodwill SWFL VIP Perk members are entered automatically once they use their VIP number at checkout.

The contest is only valid at Goodwill stores in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Hendry counties, and includes the "blue" boutiques in Ave Maria and Downtown Fort Myers.  The winner will be selected on August 22nd, notified by phone, and announced on the Goodwill SWFL Facebook and Instagram pages.
