Taking the first step into a new career can often be the most thought-provoking, and ICV's aim is to support people in doing just that. What is the Aged Care Employment Program? This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home, or community-based environments. This ensures a confident start to a thriving new career! How the program works and who it's for? This program is for those who want to move into the aged care community sector and make an expressive difference in the lives of elderly Australians. This Certificate 4 in Ageing Support (https://icv.edu.au/ 1. Over the age of 18 when commencing the traineeship 2. Traineeship: 3. Students must complete a police check and be approved prior to any work experience taking place 4. Be an Australian or NZ citizen, permanent resident. 5. Have basic tech, numeracy, and literacy skills (ACSF level 2) 6. Relevant work experience in a related field. 7.
