Gerber Childrenswear Data Breach: Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims

On June 26, 2023, Gerber Childrenswear discovered suspicious activity on its IT network, suggesting a possible data breach. Through a subsequent investigation, Gerber Childrenswear determined that unauthorized cybercriminals successfully infiltrated its system and gained access to its computer systems from June 13, 2023 through July 17, 2023. GCW further determined that data accessed or acquired by cybercriminals included the sensitive personal information of thousands of individuals, including their names and Social Security numbers.
