Fandango's Cameron Douglas Re-Elected Chair of OTT.X

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 30, 2023 - PRLog -- Cameron Douglas, SVP, OTT/Streaming, Fandango, has been re-elected chairman of OTT,X, the trade association for OTT/Streaming industry. Douglas will be serving his fourth term as chairman.

Joining Douglas as officers are:

• Vice Chair – Erick Opeka, President & Chief Strategy Officer – Cineverse
• Secretary – Katherine Pond, Group VP, Platform, Content & Partnerships - VIZIO
• Treasurer – Michele Edelman, Head of Growth – Premiere Digital Services

Bill Condon, VP Enterprise Sales and Partnerships of Xumo, Philippe Guelton, CRO of Chicken Soup For the Soup, and Jason Peterson, CEO of GoDigital Medial Group will also serve on the association's Executive Committee as at-large members.

Six current Board member companies were each reappointed unanimously to an additional three-year term:

• Cineverse, represented by OTT.X Vice-Chair Opeka
• Here Media, represented by CEO Paul Colichman
• Premiere Digital, represented by OTT.X Treasurer Edelman
• Sony Pictures, represented by SVP Digital Distribution Jill Allen
• VIZIO, represented by OTT.X Secretary Pond
• Xumo, represented by OTT.X EC Member Condon

Other returning members of the Board are:

• Amagi, represented by Srini KA, Co-founder
• Amazon, represented by Jude Fitzmorris, Principal Project Manager
• Comscore, represented by Carol Hinnant, Chief Revenue Officer
• Movies Anywhere, represented by Elissa Brown, VP Finance and Operations
• Pixelogic Media, represented by Craig Seidel, CTO
• TelevisaUnivision, represented by Jorge Balleste, VP Content Partnerships
• TwentyOne14 Media, represented by Quincy Newell, CEO

Four members were newly appointed to the OTT.X Board: BBC will be represented by Beth Anderson/SVP GM FAST Channels and VOD Sales; OTTera will be represented by Stephen Hodge/CEO; Plex will be represented by Scott Olechowski/Founder and COO; and WURL will be represented by Craig Heiting/CRO.

OTT.X is the not-for-profit international trade association dedicated to advancing the interests of the multi-billion OTT/Streaming. OTT.X-member companies operate businesses that engage in or support the commercial OTT distribution of audiovisual entertainment. Membership comprises the full spectrum of the ecosystem, including digital retailers, MVPDs, AVOD, FAST and SVOD networks and channels, platforms, companies creating and/or distributing content for these channels of distribution, and companies providing services or technology for the use of others in this community.
