William Hale Graduates from Borrow Smart University

Earns Certified Liability Advisor™ (CLA™) Designation

8/30/2023—Chapel Hill -- KendallTodd, Inc. announced the graduation of William from

Borrow Smart University. The CLA™ graduate is part of the premier industry

designation for lending professionals who desire to assist their clients in managing

their liabilities to increase their wealth. The course requires over 30 hours of

study, reflection and engagement and utilizes over 300 pages of course materials.

Graduates must pass exams to complete the course.

Todd Ballenger is the founder of Borrow Smart University, he is also the Chancellor of
