KLANG, Malaysia - Sept. 4, 2023 - PRLog -- Under the brand name BigPlex, our business comprises of two major
segments – contract manufacturing and human resource outsourcing. We
started more than 40 years ago as a small general supplier in Klang
under the name Heng Leong General Supplier (HLGS). Today, we are one of
the leading workforce supply and outsourcing companies in Malaysia.

Founded
in 1979 by Mr Ang Kok Chang, who is currently HLGS's managing director,
we were initially involved in port services such as pallet supply,
stuffing and un-stuffing containers, transportation, packing and the
provision of labour. Now, we have a diversified business portfolio,
which included contract manufacturing, human resources outsourcing and
total logistics.

On 21 April 1995, HLGS Sdn Bhd is incorporated
to allow the company to expand and to serve its customers better. In
1999, we acquired a factory and assembly lines to manufacture coils and
electronic parts assembly services for the Japanese multinational
companies. As a leading contract manufacturer, we specialised in high
mix, low volume products. These included electrical components for power
supply and thermistors.

HLGS has been providing contract manufacturing and production outsourcing services to local and multinational companies nationwide, some of which have been our
customers from the very beginning. They come from various manufacturing
segments such medical equipment, electronics and consumer products.
Since our labour outsourcing business has expanded, we also added a
fleet of buses and vans to boost our workers' transportation.

Today, we have approximately 2,500 dedicated and hardworking production
labourers, comprising of about 500 Malaysians and more than 1,500
foreign workers from Bangladesh, Indonesia, India, Nepal and Vietnam to
cater to the needs of our clients all over the country.

With over a thousand workers under its management, plus our own
transportation and lodging facilities, we have positioned itself as a
major workforce supply and management company in Malaysia. With more
than 20 years of experience in this business, we are the preferred
choice for the supply and management of skilled to semi-skilled local
and foreign labour for electrical and electronics manufacturing,
services and logistics sectors.
