The ILIC Film Fest Sept 23 – Oct 1, 2023 Hosts Events Virtually and at Various Places in Baltimore

BALTIMORE - Sept. 15, 2023 - PRLog -- Short films made by kids and for kids from the U.S., Canada, China, Germany, New Zealand, Japan, and Mexico to be screened at the 7^th annual Imagination Lunchbox International Children's Film Fest. This year ILICFF is held from September 23 – October 1^, 2023, at various places in Baltimore and online via Zoom. On Saturday September 23^rd starting at 1pmEST the selected short films  - dramas, documentaries, comedies, and animations -will be screened and winners announced via Zoom. Admission is free and the Zoom access will be at www.ImaginationLunchbox.com/ilic-film-festival.html.

Awards will befor the "Best Film By Youth," "Best Film For Youth," "Film Fest Choice" and "Most Uplifting" Awards. On Saturday September 30^th it is the ILICFF/Eubie Blake Filmmaking Workshop for Youth starting at 12pmEST at the Eubie Blake Center (847 N. Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201). Admission is free. From 12noon – 1pmEST a "Film Production" presentation with John Wesby, President of Wesby One Productions will be held, from 1pm – 2pmEST a "Scriptwriting/Casting" presentation with Ursula V. Battle, President of Battlestage Plays, and from 2-3pmEST free pizza and drinks for all attendees.

On Sunday October 1^st ILICFF ends with the Basketball Tournament from 12noon-4pmEST at the Druid Hill Park Courts (3001 East Drive, Baltimore, MD 21217). Admission is free. Two levels of games will take place - high school (youth) and college (adults). Winning team from each level receives the "ILICFF Best Basketball Team" Award. Free pizza and drinks for all players.
