This option allows software developers to use the Enhanced UI dialog controls for MSI packages without the need to create a setup EXE as an output.

This means that they are no longer constrained to creating a setup EXE as output when activating enhanced UI for an MSI package.

This reduces the risk of triggering anti-virus warnings since the EXE is not generated when using the Enhanced UI for an MSI. Moreover, it enables them to have a native-oriented Windows Installer package that is less complex and more streamlined.
