15 Years with Best Buy Metals - Achievement and Reflection

CLEVELAND, Tenn. - Sept. 25, 2023 - PRLog -- Best Buy Metals recently recognized the efforts, leadership and loyalty of Danielle Jordan, general manager (National Division) and her 15 years of service to the company and it's customers.  With over a decade of professional work in sales and management Jordan has been the recipient of many accolades during that time, including being awarded the Triple H Award for display of the core values of Heart, Hunger and Humility.

Jordan says, " I started working at Best Buy Metals directly out of college and to say it has been an incredible ride would be putting it lightly. From the very beginning I was welcomed into a supportive and nurturing work environment that was challenging and engaging. I have had the opportunity to spend a number of years in sales, learning not only the metal roofing industry but also how to navigate the rapidly changing world of e-commerce." and further added, "Those ten years in sales prepared me and positioned me to move into leadership roles and into my current role as the General Manager of our National Division."

As to how she has seen the environment shift in the world of roll form manufacturing and the impact on sales initiatives and production that e-commerce has played in her roles with Best Buy Metals, she offered, " The company has undergone significant transformations over the last 15 years, from shifts in leadership to changes in strategic direction. These transitions demanded flexibility and a willingness to embrace change! I learned to embrace these changes but also actively sought ways to contribute to their success. Through upskilling, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of positivity and comradery."

With BBM (https://bestbuymetals.com), Jordan has been able to train up a team that not only has the benefit of new technologies and methodology for sales and service, but also benefits from the leadership of someone who started with the company when it was a small team. That close knit team building and feel is still important to the national sales team, she adds, " I look back with fondness to the early days, when there were just 5 of us, to now a 150 strong in 8 locations spread throughout the south east.
