This year's theme, "Difficult Aging in Place Conversations," aims to encourage open and honest dialogues about the challenges associated with various aspects of aging. The event will feature a series of enlightening webinars, covering a wide range of topics designed to empower individuals and their families to navigate the aging process with confidence and compassion.
