A graduate of the University of Oregon, Brit quickly made a name for herself as a writer and freelance reporter. She eventually pivoted to content marketing and worked as a copywriter and private research assistant, frequently for independent authors. Her extroverted personality, writing skills, and penchant for dark entertainment earned her the moniker "the Elvira of marketing." Brit is also a prolific author and writes books in the horror, romance, and poetry genres (under her own name and otherwise).
