With more than $14.3 million in sales year-to-date, Dellinger ranks within the top four percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market and includes 30 transactions with an average sale price of $478,642.

With more than $11 million in sales year-to-date, Morris ranks within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market and includes 26 transactions with an average sale price of $430,673.
