Rhode Island Dance Exgtravaganza attracts more than 100 participants

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Oct. 17, 2023 - PRLog -- The Rhode Island Dance Extravaganza was hosted by the Fred Astaire Dance Studios- Rhode Island. It was open to all the Fred Astaire Studios in the State and with over 100 attendees the days was filled with Rhythm and Smooth dancing in both pro/am and amateur categories. Held at the historic Graduate Hotel in Providence (formerly Biltmore), the competition ended in an All Hallows eve Banquet with costumes, awards and an amazing Latin Show couple from France.
Students hailing from all corners of the state attended the dance competition. There were competition newcomers and seasoned competitors all represented.

The Top Studio award went to the Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Warwick
The Most School Spirit award went to the Fred Astaire Dance Studios - East Greenwich.

Congratulations to all participants of the Extravaganza. Ballroom and Latin Dancing in Rhode Island was well represented and is stronger than ever and the participating studios say the "Can't wait until next year!"
