Tuition-Free Cisco Certification Training for People with Disabilities

ATLANTA - Oct. 30, 2023 - PRLog -- The Bobby Dodd Institute Bridge Academy is currently accepting applications for its next cohort, which begins in January. The BDI Bridge Academy has quickly attracted attention for its pioneering approach. The program is the first and only in Atlanta to offer this level of learning.

The BDI Bridge Academy, tailored for individuals with disabilities, prepares learners to complete the Cisco Certified Support Technician Certification (CCST) (Cybersecurity) exam. Students are provided with all the necessary equipment, including a laptop computer, to accomplish the 20-week training course. Students gain technical proficiency and job readiness skills to prepare them for entry into the workforce.

The significance of the BDI Bridge Academy extends well beyond the initial 5-months of training. The program provides an in-depth and comprehensive support system by offering mentoring and job coaching for up to 18 months after a graduate becomes employed. Moreover, the BDI Bridge Academy has established partnerships with local employers in the metro Atlanta area, creating tangible pathways to meaningful employment opportunities.

Daniel has completed the course and passed his exam.

The program has a 100% student success rate on the Cisco Certification exam.
