Sunshine Ace Hardware to host 'Thanksgrilling' parties on Nov. 18

NAPLES, Fla. - Nov. 2, 2023 - PRLog -- Sunshine Ace Hardware is kicking off the fall feasting season with outdoor "Thanksgrilling" parties on Nov. 18 at a dozen retail stores across the region.

Thanksgrilling, a family-friendly community event that debuted in 2019, offers culinary inspiration – and tasty samples – for those seeking alternatives to the traditional (and sometimes bland), oven-roasted Thanksgiving turkey and uninspired side dishes.

"Anyone who has ever hosted Thanksgiving dinner knows there is a lot of pressure when you're cooking for 10 or 20 people," said Sunshine Ace Hardware President Michael Wynn. "Serving dry, tasteless turkey is your worst fear, so hopefully our talented grill masters can offer some pointers to have your guests lining up for seconds."

Smoking, grilling and deep-frying poultry, meats, fish and even side dishes have become more popular alternatives for holiday gatherings as chefs seek a flavor explosion to impress dinner guests.

At Thanksgrilling, experienced grill masters will share grilling tips and recipes, as well as demonstrate some of the company's top-selling brands, including Traeger, Weber and Big Green Egg. Guests will be able to sample items fresh from the grill, and Sunshine Ace Hardware associates will be arranging free delivery and assembly on all grills and smokers purchased during the event.

Free Thanksgrilling parties will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18 at the following locations:
