Title Alliance's Lindsay Smith to be featured at Women's Leadership Conference

MEDIA, Pa. - Nov. 3, 2023 - PRLog -- Lindsay Smith, one of the innovative leaders behind the sustained success of Title Alliance, is excited to share her message on empowerment and goal-setting with other like-minded professional women next week.

Smith, a sought-after presenter for national discussions on real estate title & escrow, team culture, recruitment, technology and more, will be leading one of the last sessions of the two-day Women's Leadership Summit organized by October Research on Nov. 6 and 7. The second-annual event is being held in Naples, Florida.

"It's an honor to be able to share with other professional women to inspire them to keep reaching for their goals. I've helped Title Alliance built a foundation of success and it's given me tremendous opportunity to grow personally along the way," said Smith, who is Title Alliance's chief strategy officer. " I believe in what we're doing here, and I hope my words inspire others to keep doing good and advocate for growth within their own companies."

Called "Empower Yourself to Achieve Your Goals," Smith's session will center on the importance of identifying strengths and weaknesses and how both are important when it comes to setting goals and executing those plans for your team and yourself in both your personal and professional lives. It is the last main activity of the two-day summit and starts at 4 p.m. on Nov. 7. This will be the second time in about eight weeks that Smith has been on a national stage. She presented the importance of "Culture, Connection & Reinvention" during RESPRO's Fall Seminar in September.

Title Alliance is a national title and escrow company that specializes in establishing and operating joint ventures. It has about 50 offices across a 12-state footprint. While the company is headquartered in the Philadelphia area, it also operates a Western Division that spans several states.

November is a busy month for the entire Title Alliance family. The company is also in the midst of winding down the celebrations of two milestones during 2023 – its 75th year in business overall and 40 years of exclusively focusing on joint ventures.
