Excellence Health has opened a third primary care office in Palm Coast, FL

PALM COAST, Fla. - Nov. 7, 2023 - PRLog -- Excellence Health is proud to announce the expansion of its primary care services with the company's third office now open in Palm Coast's City Market Place. The office is now accepting new patients and offers comprehensive primary care services and expanding their post-acute services. Excellence Health extends personalized care beyond the clinic, offering tailored medical services in the comfort of patients' homes, assisted living or skilled nursing residences focusing on patient centered goals of health and wellness.

Dr. Husam Eddin is the Chief Executive Officer at Excellence Health and a medical director for multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNF), attending to patients in multiple SNF, assisted living facilities (ALF), clinic, and homes.  He directs physicians and Advanced Practice Nursing (APRN) staff throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties.  Dr. Eddin emphasizes the Excellence Health mission behind a community-focused approach: "At Excellence Health, we believe that true healing begins with a caring touch and a listening ear, right where patients feel most comfortable.
