Colliers executes new restaurant deal in Downtown Houston at 414 Travis Street

HOUSTON - Nov. 5, 2023 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce the lease execution of Cooking Girl, a Sichuan-inspired restaurant located at 414 Travis Street in the heart of Downtown Houston, Texas, adjacent to Market Square. This will be Cooking Girl's fourth location in the Houston Market, with a fifth location already in the works. Kimberly Lenardson and Adriana Shaw of Colliers represented the landlord, One Market Square, in the transaction.
