Attorney William Hagan III Probed for Falsifying Docs in Child Abduction Case, Defending Abductors

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Nov. 12, 2023 - PRLog -- Memphis, Tennessee- Allegations of attorney misconduct have emerged in the ongoing child abduction case at Shelby County Juvenile Court involving Attorney William Hagan III. The complainant accuses Hagan's clients, Adrienne Jeanine Aviles (aka Adrienne Filardo, Adrienne Fagan) and Ryan Thomas Chilton who reside in Memphis, of unlawfully withholding children, evading law enforcement, and submitting falsified information to the courts. The case has become a complex web of felonies, including kidnapping, the violation of numerous State and Federal laws, and raises concerns about both Aviles' and Chilton's mental health. Adrienne Jeanine Aviles (aka Adrienne Filardo, Adrienne Fagan) an employee at the renowned Huron Consulting Firm and most recently expelled from The University of Memphis's Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, while her husband, Ryan Thomas Chilton, a self confessed, hardly functioning alcoholic who is unemployed with health issues caused by his drinking.
There is also documented evidence that Aviles and Chilton have exposed the abducted children to satanic imagery, which is even more disturbing.
An investigation is underway with Memphis Police, Child Protective Services, Florida authorities and other officials. The complainant emphasizes the importance of upholding justice and has notified relevant legal bodies. The public awaits the outcome of this investigation.
