Follow on Google News | Complaint Sheds Light On Covid Death CoverupAttorney deposition reveals unconscionable abuse of power, resulting in spike of Covid related deaths.
By: Senior Advocacy Group For most of 2020, New Jersey nursing homes were under a state-mandated lockdown by Governor Phil Murphy, disallowing visitors due to COVID-19 decimating the senior health population. However, in a recent deposition, Erin R. Thompson, Esq. had stated that on October 21, 2020 her and her clients, Capt. James Knoeller, (NJSP) and Susan Knoeller, entered the facility with several witnesses by using their undue influence. Their entry was for the sole purpose of having a heavily sedated dementia patient, Harold O'Hanlon, sign over Power of Attorney to a multi-million dollar estate. In an attempt to verify Ms. Thompson's statements, Moorestown Powerback Rehab stated there were no logged visits during that time period as the facility was under a mandatory lockdown. Unfortunately, shortly after the visit Moorestown Powerback Rehab, had a huge spike in COVID-19 cases resulting in the deaths of several seniors. This prompted several media outlets to report on Moorestown Powerback Rehab as having one the highest COVID-19 deaths rates in the area. https://news.yahoo.com/ If you had a family member who contracted COVID-19 or lost a loved one from COVID-19 after October 21, 2020 from this facility, please contact CSG Law Group.
