V21 Group's CEO Krishna Pandya Shares Insights on The MSME's Vital Role in Indian Economy

When questioned about the impact of MSMEs, he stated, "MSMEs brought creativity and agility to the Indian business landscape. Their innovative approach and a fresh perspective towards handling business have contributed significantly to skill development and confidence amongst entrepreneurs.

He further stated, "MSMEs don't just help the Indian economy; they are, in fact, catalysts for innovation. If you look at exports, Indian MSME products constituted 43.6% of India's total exports in the fiscal year 2022-23."

Mr. Krishna Pandya also emphasized the role of government in uplifting the MSME sector in India. He mentioned government schemes like the Credit Guarantee Fund, CLCS, and similar schemes help MSMEs grow and prosper. In addition to schemes, several skill development initiatives have created a solid foundation for this sector. The government has allocated approximately 22000 Crores for MSMEs in the Union Budget 2023-24. Additionally, they have proposed several reforms for easy access to credit, new machinery, and equipment.

Concluding the discussion, Mr. Krishna Pandya expressed that he wishes to provide a platform for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing for MSMEs as part of his contribution towards their growth.
