MedHQ Welcomes Matt Lau as Senior Vice President of Client Accounting & Financial Services

WESTCHESTER, Ill. - Dec. 5, 2023 - PRLog -- MedHQ, a leading provider of technology-enabled expert services to hospitals, outpatient clinics, physician groups, and ambulatory surgery centers, has appointed Matt Lau as Senior Vice President of Client Accounting and Financial Services. In this role, Matt will be responsible for leading the delivery of accounting and financial service projects to MedHQ clients. Matt will also lead the Accounting and Financial practice at Avanza Healthcare Strategies, the wholly owned advisory subsidiary of MedHQ.

Lau joins MedHQ after spending the last 16 years with Regent Surgical Health where he served in various financial roles including Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Lau earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul's Driehaus School of Business.
