AKCP Extends sensorProbe+ Operating Temperature to -25°C for Industrial Applications

SAN FRANCISCO - Dec. 6, 2023 - PRLog -- The sensorProbe+ is AKCP's flagship series of base units, comprising the SP1+, SP2+ and SPX+ devices. These devices are used extensively around the world for sensor monitoring in data centers, telecoms, factories, warehouses and remote sites. An example of a recent project that required the new sensorProbe+ devices is the monitoring of wellheads in harsh Canadian winters. This project demanded a robust, low-powered, and reliable device that could withstand extreme cold temperatures. The SPX+ with the industrial operating temperature option was the perfect solution for this project.

The sensorProbe+ devices are fully SNMP compliant and include industry-standard communication protocols such as MQTT, MQTTS (https://www.akcp.com/blog/scaling-mqtt-network-for-better-operational-output/), Modbus RTU, and TCP/IP for integration with third-party monitoring and management platforms.
