PAG Law Partners with ShuffieldLowman to Counsel ECD Auto Design in Public Listing on NASDAQ

MIAMI - Dec. 13, 2023 - PRLog -- PAG Law, a boutique law firm with offices in in Miami and New York, is thrilled to announce the closing of a de-SPAC transaction for our client Humble Imports, Inc. d/b/a ECD Auto Design, with ECD to be listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the ticker symbol "ECDA" on December 13th, 2023.

Partners David Johnson (New York) and Zachary Soto (Miami), working with Associate Felipe Saraiva (New York) and co-counsel, ShuffieldLowman, counseled ECD through its merger with EF Hutton Acquisition Corporation I, along with its successful SEC review and shareholder proxy solicitation, and the obtaining of bridge financings in advance of the merger.

ECD is an industry leader in delivering restored, modified and electrified luxury vehicles that combine classic English beauty with modern performance, headquartered in Kissimmee, Florida with an affiliated logistics center in the U.K. The transaction will give ECD, with a proforma enterprise  value of $330 million, access to capital that will allow them to accelerate their already impressive growth as luxury vehicle creators.
