Arizona Technology Council Appoints Leslie Cooper Marquez as its New Marketing Director

PHOENIX - Dec. 14, 2023 - PRLog -- The Arizona Technology Council today announced the appointment of Leslie Cooper Marquez as its new director, marketing and communications. In this role, she will lead, coordinate and participate in the development of marketing strategies and services for the Council. Marquez brings more than 17 years of broad-based marketing, public relations and advertising experience in both in-house and agency environments across diverse sectors, including non-profit performing arts, legal marketing, mortgage technology and residential mortgage marketing.

Marquez takes over for Bianca Buliga, who served the Council skillfully for more than two years.

Marquez has been an outstanding member of the Arizona technology and arts community for the past five years. She joins the Council from mortgage technology firm focusIT, Inc., where she served as marketing director. Previously, Marquez served as the director of marketing for Ballet Arizona. Beyond her professional commitments, she is an active member of the community. Marquez serves as a sustainer with the Junior League of Phoenix, volunteers with the Distinguished Young Women of Arizona scholarship program and is an alumna of the esteemed Valley Leadership Accelerate class of 2019.
