Mike Falloon Named Director of Officials for BSL's Inaugural Season

TORONTO - Dec. 18, 2023 - PRLog -- With over 30 years officiating and coaching experience, Michael Falloon has been an active and well-respected member of the basketball community, both locally and nationally.  He has been a member of the Toronto Association of Basketball Officials (TABO) as the liaison officer during his officiating career and has assigned locally all levels of basketball.  Michael's commitment to the game of basketball has led him to several elite officiating opportunities both in Canada and the USA.  Michael formerly served as the Director of Officials for the National Basketball League of Canada (NBLC) and is a National Referee Coach with the Canadian Basketball Officials Commission (CBOC).

Falloon will be responsible for game assignments, officiating standards and recruiting while also working alongside current Vice President of Basketball Operations/Officials, Ronnie Nunn in areas such as various areas such as training, performance evaluation and rules interpretation.

Falloon's deep understanding of the nuances of basketball officiating, combined with his strong leadership skills, make him an invaluable addition to the BSL leadership team.
