But to the meet the increased demand for new drivers, and to make it more convenient for residents living in Multnomah and Clackamas County, we are excited to open our new truck driver training center here in Portland," said J.J. Reisnaur, Campus Director. "For several years, we have been encouraged by trucking companies, Worksource Oregon, the Veterans Administration, the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and others to increase our capacity by opening a second location," said Tyler Reisnaur, General Manager. "We have developed a strong reputation for our high quality CDL training, personal attention to our students, and superior equipment and training centers. And our new location will allow us to double the number of students we are training each week in the Portland area," he added. Elite Truck School is training students at their new Portland location, and their first class just graduated on December 1st, 2023.
