When discussing motivation behind the project, BrightTree Studios President and co-owner Bill McIntosh stated "You never know how our technology is going to affect the next very important people for the future of our country. If through our designs we can help get them to the point where they're utilizing something that's helping them in their work, that's a win." The grand opening of the Bloomberg Center marks a significant milestone in the University's Washington D.C. presence. In addition to solidifying JHU's place as one of the top research universities across the globe, University President Ron Daniels says, the Bloomberg Center "will amplify our university's proven capacity to bring the world's greatest research and data-driven approaches to government innovation and policy."
