PODS Steals Movie Scripts Via Public Auction from Triumph Donnelly Studios Corporation

Triumph Donnelly Studios Corporation as an out of state tenant to PODS from Arizona for a unit in another state has Breached the Agreement with said Tenant and sold the property on the out of state tenant. In October of 2023 Triumph Donnelly Studios Corporation had a written agreement with PODS via their billing and legal departments for all auto debit payments to be made on the 3rd of each month only. After the 3rd the card is locked to prevent unauthorized debits etc. PODS in October of 2023 followed said agreement on October 3, 2023. Yet, on December 3rd, 2023, January 3rd 2024 no auto debits for the payment of $237.00.  Plaintiff gave as a courtesy till the 5th of each month as to not lock said card, PODS still never debited the card for December and January's payments, thusly Breaching the Agreement.

PODS sold the out of state tenants property on January 9, 2024 via there public auctions for this out of state property which had two film scripts which is the property of Triumph Donnelly Studios Corporation and not PODS nor the buyer of our illegally auctioned property. PODS and the buyer have refused to return our property which under Federal law is a copyright infringement . If not returned PODS pays a $115,000 judgment of claim of property. PODS has retained a Florida law firm. Suit is being prepared by America;s Pro Se LLC for Plaintiff to be filed in a proper venue and jurisdiction.
