From Hell Cats to Alien Chickens, Nicholas Tana's Newest Genre Busting Script is a Winner!

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 15, 2024 - PRLog -- Move over, Hell Cats, there's a new sheriff in town, and she's laying eggs. Nicholas Tana's latest script, Hillbillies vs. Alien Chickens, has cackled its way to victory as the grand prize winner of the Horror2Comic Screenplay Competition.

This side-splitting, B-movie mashup pits a plucky band of hillbillies against a flock of foul-mouthed, feathery fiends from outer space. Think Mars Attacks, Sharknado and Killer Klowns From Outer Space, with a dash of moonshine and a whole lot of squawking.

Tana is no stranger to cult classics. His previous ultra-low-budget gem, Hell's Kitty, starred the writer/director alongside his real life possessed feline companion, Angel, and a host of genre royalty like Doug Jones, Courtney Gains, and Adrienne Barbeau. He also recently unleashed the mind-bending sci-fi graphic novel eJUNKY through Scout Comics and distributed by Simon & Schuster with cover art by Darrick Robertson (The Boys).

As a musician, Tana's outlandish writing style can be heard in songs like "Chainsaw Kitty", "Solo Song", and "Multi-colored Spiked Umbrella", a few which made their way into his films. We can anticipate any cinematic portrayal of Hillbillies vs. Alien Chickens to feature quite a soundtrack!
