CattEye Media Presents "9 Lives" Photography Exhibition January 26, 2024

ATLANTA - Jan. 22, 2024 - PRLog -- Catt Hamlin, an acclaimed artist known professionally as CattEye, and the founder of CattEye Media, LLC, is set to debut her first curated photography exhibition, titled "9 Lives". The exhibition will take place on January 26, 2024, from 7:30 to 10:00 pm EST at The Soft Loft in Atlanta, Georgia.

CattEye Media, LLC, established by Catherine "Catt" Hamlin, is a creative powerhouse specializing in portrait, branding, and lifestyle photography. The "9 Lives" exhibition promises to showcase Catt's multidimensional talent as a lens-based artist, educator, author, and brand-builder.

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Catt Hamlin graduated with honors in 2013 from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Electronic Media. During her time at A&T, Catt served as Miss A&T, utilizing her platform to become an inspiring voice for positive influence among young women.

Catt's extensive work with Historically Black Colleges and Universities, coupled with her role as a creative director for Black and Brown businesses, has seen her intellectual property and creative work published in prestigious magazines such as Oprah Magazine, Sheen Magazine, and People Magazine. Her impact extends to major retail giants like Macy's, Belk, and Nordstrom.

In 2022, Catt fulfilled her commitment to lifelong learning by completing her Master's Degree in Adult Learning and Leadership from Kansas State University. Committed to fostering self-development and mindfulness, she conducts workshops tailored to students of color, using photography as a tool for self-discovery and self-image improvement.

"9 Lives," Catt's inaugural curated photography exhibition, will showcase the best of her work across various genres, including portrait, landscape, street, commercial, and editorial photography. Catt wholeheartedly embraces the wisdom found in the photographer's lens: "Life is like a camera: Focus on what is important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot."
