The main course offers a choice of the following: garlic-braised shrimp and scallop tagliatelle, spicy sugo, grana padano; grilled strip steak and braised short rib, roasted garlic yukon gold puree, braised collard greens and cheerwine demi glace; barbecue glazed prime brisket, white cheddar and jalapeño polenta, buttery hoppin' john; or tomato and eggplant galette, herbed ricotta and micro green salad.

The meal concludes with a sweet for your sweet, a tiramisu parfait to be shared by the romantic couple.
