No matter the level of expertise in their career STORM THE STAGE can transform lives! "This competition is not just about talent; it's about celebrating diversity, creativity, and the artistry that exists within our communities. Our mission is to discover and elevate the next generation of stars in the entertainment industry." In the spirit of giving back to the community Storm The Stage will benefit Vision Theatrical Foundation Production(VTF) About Kim Flowers Ms. Flowers embarked on her journey in talent management and development in early 1995. Opting to assist others in realizing their dreams, she made history by becoming the first African American woman in the nation to own and operate a John Robert Powers, an internationally recognized talent development and training franchise. Currently serving as the CEO of World Talent Management Group, LLC, Kim is actively guiding the careers of numerous talented children, teens, and adults. Her students have graced various shows, including ABC's "According to Jim" and "Fresh Off the Boat," Disney's "Even Stevens," HBO's series "True Blood," CBS series "CSI," and DreamWorks TV's "Matty Paz." Her clients also feature in national television commercials and print campaigns.
