Data Health Partners enters Revenue Sharing & Marketing Agreement with Premier-RX

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 13, 2024 - PRLog -- Data Health Partners, Inc. (''Data Health'' or the ''Company''), a digital therapeutics company with innovative evidence-based behavioral technology, today announced it has executed a revenue-sharing, sales and marketing agreement with Premier-RX ("Premier-RX"), a leading provider of pharmacy benefits and telehealth services to businesses, trade unions, public and private sector organizations.

The agreement provides for Data Health to integrate CompassCoach GPT^TM ("CompassCoach GPT") and its AI Chatbot wellness coaching application with the Premier-RX pharmacy benefit and telehealth service platform as a way of enhancing the value of their services by helping their clientele challenges regarding diet and exercise. The platform will encourage adherence to prescribed medications and lifestyle regimens and global solutions to better manage their health.

CompassCoach GPT is powered by REBOOT, Data Health's goal mastery and data-driven outcome optimization technology, backed by five (5) patents and two (2) patent pending applications. CompassCoach GPT integrates REBOOT with engagement and other evidence-based behavioral science methods and a coaching-based AI Chatbot technology that interacts with their clientele.  CompassCoach GPT will be marketed through a sustainable software-as-a-service, ("SaaS") business model in conjunction with the Premier-RX pharmacy benefit and telehealth services.  Data Health expects that it will have an IOS and Android version of the CompassCoach GPT app and will be available by year-end for download at the Apple App Store and the Google App Store, as well as the CompassCoach GPT Client Portal for subscribers.
