By: KSPS PBS With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Whitworth University, a Master's in Nonprofit Administration from The Evergreen State College, and a Certified Fund Raising Executive designation (CFRE), Mr. Sather is poised to make significant contributions to the KSPS PBS team. His expertise in both the academic and practical realms of nonprofit administration aligns with the station's mission to entertain, engage, educate, and enrich the community. Prior to joining KSPS PBS, Mr. Sather served in various leadership roles within the nonprofit sector, ranging from Director of Legislative Affairs for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Austin Chapter to Board President of ImpactLab, demonstrating a keen ability to cultivate relationships and secure vital funding. His tenure as Corporate Underwriting Officer will focus on leveraging his background in fundraising to establish and strengthen partnerships with corporate entities, ensuring continued financial stability for KSPS PBS.
