Members of Columbus Fashion Council, Scheuneman, Release The Stone Collection to support Anti-Hazing

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Feb. 20, 2024 - PRLog -- Scheuneman released a luxury streetwear collection inspired by the visions of hazing victim Stone Foltz of Delaware, Ohio. Foltz died tragically from hazing in 2021 after he was forced to drink a lethal amount of alcohol at an off-campus fraternity event. The tragic event made national headlines, and reached Colin and Julian Scheuneman, the co-owners of Scheuneman. When the brothers discovered that Stone dreamed of becoming a fashion designer and owning his own clothing line, they wanted to ensure that dream wasn't also killed that night.

The collection consists of handmade t-shirts, jeans,  joggers, hoodies and sweatshirts created with custom design work and premium fabrics ethically manufactured in Italy. The collection is a merge of the creative vision and talents of Scheuneman, infused with symbols and words that are representative of Stone and his legacy. All of this authentically allows Stone's vision to live on through this collection.

The Stone Collection is a beautiful addition to Columbus fashion with an underlying mission to take a stand against hazing.  The Foltz family emphasized their wish for the brand to stay true to itself while also capturing Stone's ideas. 10% of proceeds goes to the iamstonefoltz FOUNDATION, whose primary mission is to eradicate hazing.

For Stone's parents, the experience designing a clothing collection inspired by their son was very humbling. "To watch his ideas brought to life in a line of clothing felt like he was still here helping create them," said Shari. Cory added, "This line of clothing allows our son's legacy to live on and it's a way to celebrate him. We hope those that wear the clothing feel his love and kindness."

March 7th is the 3rd anniversary of Stone's passing. 2023 was the first year since 1959 with no known hazing fatalities in the United States due to the efforts of hazing prevention  organizations such as the iamstonefoltz FOUNDATION.  The fight is far from over.
