This year ESC will attend three industry-wide conferences to help the team better serve its students and continue to be industry leaders. They kick off with the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) conference, followed by the Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA) conference in August and conclude with the Securities & Insurance Licensing Association (SILA) in October. ESC also offers a 40-hour self-paced online course for individuals looking to earn their 4-40 Registered Customer Service (RCSR) designation. Both of these courses offer an online final exam and when passed candidates can apply for their Florida state license. Once individuals pass ESC's end-of-course final exam they are exempt from having to take the Florida state licensing exam. Educational Services & Consulting has partnered with several colleges and universities to assist educational institutions with expanding their course offerings. Enrolled college students can take either of ESC's online designation courses through their school. For schools participating in the revenue share opportunity, students register for the ESC courses with their college of choice as any other college class and the school is given a revenue share for each student registered.
