DETROIT - March 4, 2024 - PRLog -- We've all been guilty of fighting the things that are good for us, and kids are no different. Napping can improve nighttime sleep, boost memory retention, and foster learning in preschool-aged children. However, many children resist taking naps, much to their parents' frustration. Fortunately, parents who have struggled with sleep-resistant children will now be able to put the issue to rest thanks to Boone Productions.

Mark your calendars for April 6th and get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of entertainment, laughter, and family fun with The Nap Time Show! Back with its second season, The Nap Time Show is thrilled to announce our free premiere event. Come join us at The Riviera Cinema in Farmington Hills for an afternoon of fun featuring a temporary tattoo station, complimentary food and refreshments, and an exclusive sneak peek of the first three episodes.

Filmed and produced in Michigan, The Nap Time Show has seen much success with families all over. In the summer of 2023, the show began airing on the Michigan Learning Channel, a public media partnership with Detroit Public Television. Episodes of the show air daily and interactive worksheets highlighting the show's social-emotional learning focus can be found at their MLC landing page here.

"Our dynamic team has been working really hard on this second season," said Executive Producer and Showrunner Sierra L. Boone. "We've upped the ante quite a bit, and I seriously can't wait to share it with the world." Season 2 of the show features new original music by internationally acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and producer LARRENWONG, as well as a cameo by Detroit Hives. Micah Stahl, the illustration artist who created Adult Swim's SOLO short, animated the new theme song intro. Characters Bahb the Sheep, Siesta, Mister Boots and more take adventures to locales such as the Detroit Historical Museum, Greenfield Village, and a leading midwest Drive-Thru Safari. Season 2 also features more languages and cultures to reflect the show's growing international fanbase.

The show made waves in early 2023 after being showcased in the TV Kids In-Demand spotlight for series placing diversity & inclusion front and center. "We've got a lot to prove this season. We're showing folks that a small but mighty team is more than just a 'one-hit wonder'," said Daphne Boone, COO of Boone Productions, LLP.

Families with children aged 3 to 7 are encouraged to register for the free premier event (https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/aa617d48-a1ec-4f92-8ea6-885da3348506) online. Everyone who attends will be entered into a drawing for "Buddy Box" giveaways. Buddy Boxes are a "slice of Nap Time love for the whole family" according to Sierra. There will also be photo activations, bringing kids and their families into Bahb the Sheep's quintessential living room and more. Complimentary refreshments, such as cupcakes based on the show's signature Oaty Float drink, will be available while supplies last.
