Kelly's skills are built on a foundation of academic excellence, he graduated with a bachelor's in mathematics from Abilene Christian University in 1995.  His studies and early career in IT have been key to navigating the complexities of the construction industry.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Kelly cherishes his life with Carrie, his wife, and their two sons, Dawson, 23, and Kellar, 19.  His family values mirror his leadership style, where he fosters a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
