NFTLapland Introduces Real-World Asset NFTs with Real Land

March 12, 2024 - PRLog -- NFTLapland (https://nftlap.land) introduces RWA (Real-World Assets) NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), whereas each NFTLapland NFT corresponds with the real physical piece of land in Lapland, Finland.

Owner of the NFT has usage rights for the corresponding piece of physical land under the Finnish law and ownership for the corresponding piece of physical land under the NFTLapland Ecosystem. NFT owners further possess the right to initiate the legal transfer of ownership for the corresponding piece of physical land under the Finnish jurisdiction.

NFTLapland NFT Collection comprises a limited number of 999 NFTs, released in phases, collectively representing an approximate area of 13.8 hectares real physical land. This equates to an average of approximately 138 square meters of land per NFT.

Land Location

NFTLapland land named Aurora (Property ID: 273-402-5-189) is located in Kolari municipality, Lapland province, Finland. Aurora is a freehold land, located on both sides of Tuulijoki, a remote pristine river inhabited by grayling and other salmon family Salmonidae species. Aurora is protected for nature conservation purposes by the government and no construction is allowed on the land.

Lapland, renowned as the northernmost region of Finland, boasts the moniker "Land of the Midnight Sun." It is home to Santa Claus and it is known as the last wilderness in Europe. Lapland's dark skies often showcase the mythical and magical Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis.
