Dr. Karmetria Burton Celebrates 5th Annual Paint Your Lips Red PowHER Luncheon and Gala

ATLANTA - March 15, 2024 - PRLog -- In honor of Women's History Month, Dr. Kametria Burton will host the Paint Your Lips Red (PYLR) PowerHer Luncheon and Gala to help women embark on a POWERful transformation, discover their strength, and cultivate sisterhood. This year's celebration will be headlined by HGTV Star and Real Estate Mogul Egypt Sherrod and Business Educator and New York Times Best Seller Dr. Dennis Kimbro at The Gathering Spot in Atlanta Georgia.

The Paint Your Lips Red Foundation was founded in honor of Dr. Burton's grandmother, Dorothy Jean Walker, who's red lipstick was her symbol of strength while undergoing dialysis. Inspired by her resilience, Burton would create a movement motivating women to be fierce, fearless and feminine with the mantra, "Red lipstick is no longer a fashion statement, it's a call to action!" Starting as a social media movement, PYLR has blossomed into a global campaign encouraging women to use their voice to stand against unfairness and injustice through sisterhood.

Now celebrating five years of impact, this year's theme 'Stories of Women' empowers women entrepreneurs through stories of triumph  from boosting businesses to discovering inner strength and facing challenges head-on. This event is for women aspiring to advance in their careers, excelling in entrepreneurial growth strategies, navigating changes in work and life and craft unique success stories.
