SOAR Community Network Executive Team to Participate in HSI Summit

MCLEAN, Va. - March 21, 2024 - PRLog -- SOAR Community Network is proud to announce the participation of its executive team at the upcoming Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) Summit. This groundbreaking summit, hosted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), will focus on creating, establishing, and empowering HSI's to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) within the FAA and the Department of Transportation (DOT).

The two-day in-person event aims to provide vital information on identifying resources and collaborating with the Federal government. It will also align with the White House Executive Order 14045 on advancing educational equity, excellence, and economic opportunity for Hispanics.

The SOAR Community Network executive team members, Mali Phonpadith and Victor Cora Nazario, alongside strategic partner Lucy Cora Nazario, Founder of Take-Flight, LLC, will be participating in a panel titled "Thinking Outside the Box." This panel discussion will explore new possibilities of how to develop and educate future leaders who have diverse backgrounds and differing abilities.
