Public Warning : Beware Of Ms. Sampa Ghosh/ Ritika Ghosh - Deceitful Tourism Practice

operating under North Winds Tour and Travel, is engaging in deceitful tourism practices. She makes false promises, misappropriates funds, and has a history of mistreating tourists.

In a recent incident involving senior citizens, Ms. Ghosh abruptly canceled a tourism trip just one day before the trip (on 12 Nov 2023) after collecting a substantial amount of money. The senior citizens have been following up for refund of money but even months later she defiantly witheld the amount from them. After all normal routes failed to resolve the matter amicably, a legal notice was sent to her. She gave a written assurance that the refund will be issued in 15 days. Months have passed but she has still not made the assured payment. Now she simply ignores the followups and reminders.

We hereby caution all potential customers against Ms. Sampa Ghosh/ Ritika Ghosh or North Winds Tour and Travel (even the name of her agency is deceptively similar to another North Wind Holidays), owing to her past record of professional deceit.
