LOS ANGELES - April 3, 2024 - PRLog -- Press release is a marketing strategy that not too many companies use but the companies that know the power of digital PR use it to get media attention and potential media coverage that leads to more traffic, leads, and sales. This can also your brand build trust and authority in your niche.

Press releases are newsworthy informational content that is written to a journalist in hopes that they cover it on their platform. 3 steps make a press release campaign successful: the ideation, writing and the distribution method. I will only discuss how press releases can be sent out for maximum media coverage. This will also determine a press release that gets no visitors to your website or a press release that will get you thousands or even millions of visitors to your website.

The syndication method for press releases is when your PR content are published on multiple guaranteed websites online. Most times these websites are not high-quality websites with traffic and they will most likely not get you the exposure that you want. The website the press releases syndicated will usually not have journalists who are looking to cover your story. One benefit of the press release syndication is to use it to get multiple citations for your local business to rank well on Google My Business page listings.

The other method which is the syndication method works well because your press releases are distributed to journalists in your niche that you have built relationships with. These are journalists for top editorial websites like CNN, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, AP News, New York Times, Yahoo Finance, Google News, top newsrooms, radio stations, and even TV stations. This will get you a great return on money invested into distributions. This is also what I call a proper press release distribution because they are usually more expensive than the syndication method.

Most syndication methods cost less than $100 getting you a solid reach but with the distribution methods which will usually cost from $400 up to $1000 or more, you can reach niche relevant journalists and bloggers thus getting high-quality traffic, SEO benefits that will lead to increased rankings, sales and leads. This method when done with the proper newsworthy angle or idea can get you thousands of visitors sometimes even millions of visitors. We help businesses and brands like yours get results with a good idea, a perfectly written press release, and the right distribution method.
