Follow on Google News | Addressing Trauma and CPTSD for 2024 May Mental Health & Trauma Awareness MonthBy: WeHealUS According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), each year in the United States one in five adults and one in six children are living with a mental health disorder. The stigma surrounding mental health treatment often prevents people from seeking the help they need. This partnership aims to break down these barriers and normalize mental health care. TAR Network is proud to announce the launch of the first worldwide support network called TAR Anon™. This fellowship is designed to help survivors acquire the awareness, transformation, and self-love needed to recover from narcissistic abuse and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), a condition often resulting from such abuse. "We envision a world where compassion triumphs over manipulation and empathy prevails over exploitation," "We are proud to be a part of this partnership and we are excited to launch TAR Anon - the first free worldwide service that will help millions recover from TAR - Toxic Abusive Relationships. I've seen it all – the painful after-effects of TAR and the long-lasting CPTSD – and I've made it my purpose to educate people on how to live better, become warriors instead of victims, and assist them to come out of the psychological fog of war. Our mission is to create a safer, less toxic world, and create transformative safe spaces online and in person to support people in need." said Dr. Jamie Huysman, the Founder and Executive Director of TAR Network.
