She started as a candy striper at St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings, Montana, and has now become a respected leader in oncology care at Welch Cancer Center.

Hallie's passion for nursing ignited during high school, where she began her career as a candy striper, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to serving others. Balancing her educational pursuits with professional roles, Hallie earned her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Montana State University (MSU) in 1996. Her journey led her to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she honed her skills as an RN Charge Nurse at The Woodwell Nursing Home, gaining invaluable experience in skilled nursing care.

Returning to her roots in Billings, Hallie furthered her education. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from MSU in 1998 while working in the Medical/Oncology unit at Deaconess Medical Center (now Billings Clinic). Specializing in oncology care, she achieved her oncology certification and significantly contributed to patient care. Throughout her tenure at St. Vincent's Hospital, Hallie excelled in roles ranging from orthopedics to surgery preparation and chemotherapy management.

Hallie's dedication to her profession extends beyond the clinical setting. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership in community initiatives, serving as President of the Powderhorn Ladies Golf Association (PLGA) and spearheading fundraising efforts for patient assistance programs. Her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others is evident both inside and outside the hospital walls.

Beyond her professional commitments, Hallie leads a fulfilling life with outdoor activities, including fishing, golfing, and hunting. Hallie embodies a harmonious balance between her professional endeavors and personal passions while she resides in Sheridan, Wyoming, and divides her time between Wyoming and Arizona.
