Besides, the concept of non-violence was kept in mind and hence, they relied on plant diet without the need to kill the animals for food.
Further, this food design looks scientific as it sooths the mind with mild ingeredients like yogurt, ghee, fibrous foods and also abundant fruit.

The foods was also made such that everyone in the family starting from kids to older adults could feed on without any inhibitions.
Though it looks like it is not nutritious enough, careful analysis of diet ingredeint prove that the food was rich in nutrition and also healthy.
