Las Vegas Speaker Teaches Storytelling to Local Nonprofit

LAS VEGAS - May 13, 2024 - PRLog -- Las Vegas-based Mental Health Speaker and Author Sheryl Green taught a storytelling workshop for the team at Foster Kinship. This local nonprofit provides services to caregivers who have taken in a family member so they don't enter the foster system.

"This organization is providing an amazing service for our community," said Green. "I'm happy to help them reach more donors so they can help more families."

The Foster Kinship team gathered on Friday, May 10^th, 2024 to learn the structure of storytelling, what stories they need to tell on behalf of their organization, and to work on crafting their stories for maximum emotional impact.

"Fundraising is sales," says Green. "And storytelling is the best way to connect with your audience and influence them to get involved with your cause."
