"It's been a rollercoaster of emotions," Lopez suggests. "I thought I was taking all the right steps to establish myself in this field, only to find myself being ripped off and misled by signing services agencies and business directory listings."

From responding to fraudulent leads to facing challenges with compliance and finding legitimate opportunities, Andrea has encountered numerous obstacles along the way. Despite these setbacks, she remains determined to overcome the odds and carve out a successful career as a commissioned notary public and loan signing agent.

"I refuse to let these challenges define my journey," Andrea declares. "I'm committed to continuing my education, networking with trusted professionals, and advocating for greater transparency and integrity within the industry."
