3C Holdings announce appointment of Jaime Maldonado to the Board of Directors

KWAI FONG, Hong Kong - May 21, 2024 - PRLog -- Jaime Maldonado's appointment is effective immediately and 3C Holdings' Board of Directors now expands to nine members.  Jaime Maldonado will head 3C Holdings' Derivatives and Risk Assessment Division.

3C Holdings' Chief Executive Officer commented on the appointment saying "Jaime possesses the knowledge of broad and deep operating and strategic experience across Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America. Mr. Jaime Maldonado is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP) in Buenos Aires and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Jaime Maldonado has held various senior positions for Banco Itaú Argentina.  He then joined as a member of the Audit and Risk Division and he subsequently became Director of Risk Assessment.  He then joined Banco Itaú in its Hong Kong office in to facilitate Asian investment prior to joining 3C Holdings.
